Common questions

Gmail or iCloud won't accept my password

Choose Google in Add Account to sign in with Google. For iCloud, Yahoo and AOL, create an app-specific password in your account's security settings and use it in ZoneMAIL.

My accounts don't appear on my other device

Turn on iCloud and iCloud Keychain on both devices and open ZoneMAIL on each. Accounts and passwords arrive through your iCloud within a minute.

How do I show my calendars?

Mac: Settings › Accounts › Add Calendar…. iPhone: Calendar › list button › Add Calendars. Calendars already on your device appear by themselves.

How do I connect my AI app?

On your Mac, open Settings › AI & API, turn it on and choose your app. ZoneMAIL sets up the connection; you choose what it may do.

Subscription and refunds

ZoneMAIL Pro starts with a free 14-day trial. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
